Henry Ford
Vice President of Critical Environments

As Vice President of Critical Environments, Henry will primarily focus on identifying and increasing commissioning opportunities within our core business market – mission critical facilities.  He has over 32 years of project/program management experience for mission critical facilities integration, commissioning and operations. Henry is a 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as an avionics technician and controller.

Jimmy Gaines
Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Jimmy is responsible for the day to day operations of our field personnel.  He is responsible for maintaining the culture and quality within our company.  He has over 17 years of experience in the operation, design, and commissioning of critical facilities.  Prior to joining BGIS | Critical Solutions Group, Jimmy was in the hospital industry, managing the Wellstar Health Systems Data Center in Marietta, Georgia and the Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia, a 385 bed Acute Care Hospital with a 20 acre campus and 2,000,000 sq.ft. of maintained space.

Richard Cummings, QCxP, LEED AP
Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Richard reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the day to day operations, professional development, and training of our field personnel.  He has experience in construction, operations, testing, and commissioning in mission critical environments.  Prior to joining BGIS | Critical Solutions Group, Richard served in the United States Navy’s Nuclear Power Program for 29 years.

Director of Technical Operations

As Director of Technical Operations, Robert reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for project staffing, team member professional development, and ensuring our project managers are creating a consistent experience for all clients.  He has experience in the construction, operations, testing, and commissioning of mission critical facilities.  Prior to joining BGIS | Critical Solutions Group, Robert served in the United States Navy’s Nuclear Power Program for 20 years.

William Grover
Director of Technical Operations

As Director of Technical Operations, William works hand in hand in with clients and project managers to ensure the project scope is properly documented and achieved.  William also works with the internal BGIS | Critical Solutions Group Team on developing new products and services, and ways to integrate those with the broader BGIS.  William has 22 years of critical environment experience, 7 years as a Commissioning Project Manager leading complexing Critical Environment Projects, 5 years as a critical systems and automation tech, and 10 years as US Naval Nuclear Operator.
